What’s the one achievement you’re most proud of since using Beebot AI?

"Since implementing Beebot AI, we've made significant progress in streamlining our services and improving accessibility for families. One of our proudest achievements has been improving access to key services, increasing citizen engagement, and streamlining service delivery. Seeing the platform bring together different services in a way that makes it easier for families to get the support they need has been incredibly rewarding."

What excites you most about continuing to work with Beebot AI?

"We’re really excited about introducing intelligent features that will further enhance how we support families. We’re looking at implementing bot workflows and live chat, which will allow residents to get instant responses and navigate services more efficiently. These features will make a real difference in how families interact with our services, providing faster and more intuitive access to the help they need."

How has Beebot AI helped your team better support citizens, families, or professionals?

"One of the biggest benefits has been consolidating all our services and AIG statutory duties into a single, easy-to-use platform. Previously, families and professionals had to navigate multiple websites to find the right support, but now everything is in one place, making access much simpler and ensuring we meet our legal obligations more efficiently.

Analytics have also been invaluable, giving us insight into what people are searching for and where support is needed most, allowing us to continuously improve our services."

What features or functionalities of the Beebot AI platform are you launching next?

“We’ve just launched Digital Pathways, which is a huge step in making support services more accessible. We’re also rolling out live chat, giving residents the ability to connect directly with our team in real time. This will make it even easier for people to get quick answers to their questions and navigate our services.

Another exciting addition is our new booking system for events, which will allow families to easily register for workshops, activities, and support sessions. These features will help us deliver a more seamless and interactive experience for residents."

How would you describe your experience working with the Beebot AI team during the implementation process?

"The Beebot AI team have been great at helping us turn our vision into reality. They were really responsive to feedback and worked closely with our service teams to fine-tune the platform, making sure it met the needs of both families and professionals.
